Clerical

The Clerical Section provides secretarial support to various sections within the Planning Board. This includes photocopying, mailings and making follow-up calls as well as assisting with the Annual Planning Board Dinner. They are also responsible for screening and directing incoming calls to the Planning Board as well as greeting and aiding visitors. The Section is also in charge of collecting and tracking the sales of aerials and Planning Board publications.
