The Stormwater Technical Advisory Committee (STAC) consists of 11 members representing the County Planning Board, County Health Department, Monmouth County Environmental Council, Division of Engineering, Mosquito Extermination Commission, Freehold Soil Conservation District, the New Jersey Builders Association, and a citizen member. Three Planning Department staff members sit on the board : the Director, Assistant Director and Environmental Planning Section Supervisor. This committee has been charged with the review of municipal stormwater management plans and ordinances and will make recommendations to the Monmouth County Planning Board.
